Who we are

This website is operated by Aventra Energy S.A. ("Aventra"). This policy explains which personal data we collect, why we use it and what your rights are, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

Data we collect

Contact form. Name, company, role, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to your request and to follow up on the commercial or institutional conversation you asked for. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.

Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source, device). Data is pseudonymised. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and traffic analytics (Google). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the resulting business relationship. Analytics data follows the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to the contact email shown in the footer of this site.
