Who we are

This website is operated by AVENTRA Participações Ltda. (“AVENTRA”). This policy explains which personal data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

Data we collect

Contact form. Name, company, role, email, telephone (optional) and the contents of your message. We use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry and continue the commercial or institutional conversation you requested. Legal basis: pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest.

Careers form. When you introduce yourself for future opportunities, you provide your first name, last name, email address, city, state or region, country, area of interest and a brief professional introduction. Your telephone number, position of interest and LinkedIn profile link are optional. We also record the form language and confirmation of consent, including the submission date and time. We use this information to assess your profile and contact you about relevant professional opportunities. The legal basis for this purpose is the consent you provide in the form. Submitting your profile is not an application for an open vacancy and does not guarantee participation in a recruitment process. We do not request a CV, identification documents or sensitive personal data at this stage.

Publication downloads. To receive a publication, you provide your name, company and company email. We also record the publication requested, the language, the date and time of the request, the page you came from, your acknowledgement of this policy and your choice about receiving communications. We use this data to send the download link and to contact you about the publication you requested. Legal basis: preliminary steps taken at your request and legitimate interest. New publications and updates from AVENTRA are sent only with your consent, given through a separate option on the form, which you can withdraw at any time. The download link is personal and expires after 7 days; we record when it is used.

Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, traffic source, device). Data is pseudonymised. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner.

Marketing cookies. With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of LinkedIn campaigns and to understand the aggregate professional profile of website visitors. The tag is loaded only after you accept marketing cookies and shares data such as IP address, pages visited, date and time and cookie identifiers with LinkedIn. With the same consent, we use Google Ads to measure the results of Google campaigns and the HubSpot tracking code to relate the pages visited to the enquiries you send us. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and traffic analysis (Google) and, with your consent, campaign measurement (LinkedIn and Google) and contact relationship management (HubSpot). Professional introductions are emailed to the team responsible for reviewing profiles and may be stored in the corporate email services used by AVENTRA. Access must be limited to people who need this information for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Contact messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle enquiries and maintain the commercial relationship. Analytics data follows the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.

Information submitted through the Careers form is retained for as long as necessary to assess your profile and contact you about future professional opportunities. Once it is no longer needed for this purpose, or when you withdraw consent or request deletion, the information will be deleted, except where retention is permitted under the LGPD. This includes copies held in the internal channels used to review profiles. You may request deletion without waiting for a recruitment process.

Data from publication requests is kept for as long as needed for the institutional or commercial relationship arising from the request. You can ask for deletion at any time, and consent to receive communications can be withdrawn without affecting access to publications already sent.

Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@aventraenergy.com. For Careers information, you may also withdraw your interest in future opportunities. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
