Aventra was founded on the conviction that vinasse and filter cake can become one of Brazil's most competitive sources of renewable gas.
Our mission
Produce biomethane with higher productivity, reliability and safety than today's models, and do it at scale — plant after plant — without the mill having to become a biogas specialist.
We believe the value of biomethane in the sugarcane sector lies not only in building plants but in operating them well for decades. That is why Aventra combines project development, financial structuring and a central operating structure serving every plant in the portfolio.

Co-products as a business
Biogenic CO₂ and biofertiliser are not by-products — they are revenue lines planned from day one.
Governance
Aventra is a corporation (S.A.) with a Board of Directors and a formal delegation-of-authority matrix in place since the development phase. Process safety, environment and integrity are not support functions: they are the condition for operating alongside a mill.
