Aventra completes its first year with technology defined and partners on board
One year after its founding, Aventra has consolidated its technology architecture with strategic partners and is advancing the structuring of its first project.
In August 2026 Aventra Energy completed its first year of activity. Over that period the company defined the technology architecture of its plants — vertical-reactor biodigestion with proven technology, integration engineering by Aventra — and put in place the governance required to operate alongside sugar and ethanol mills.
Next steps
The focus for the coming months is the financial structuring of the first project and broadening the dialogue with Centre-South mills interested in assessing the biomethane potential of their vinasse.
